We strongly recommend utilising a Business Broker to negotiate any purchase as we have the skills to obtain the necessary information from the seller, negotiate an acceptable price and prepare a business contract. We liase with solicitors and accountants on your behalf. Much of this work is time consuming and onerous.

Choose your Accountant and Solicitor wisely as some may not be suited to providing business advice or conveyancing on business transactions which have complex matters. Your solicitor should only be advising you on the finer points of a contract and the lease and not on the viability of the business. That is your accountant’s role. Bad advice can cost you the opportunity of a lifetime. We deal with a number of reputable accountants and solicitors on a daily basis.
